Irregular periods: You should see an obgyn and discuss options for menstrual cycle regulation. An appendectomy a few months ago should not have any impact on periods now. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Consider birth control t regulate the cycles.
