Can i use betadine ointment directly for anal fissure instead of using betadine solution?

Yes, but unnecessary: Snap fissures heal well without specific intervention usually. Those that do not require surgery. Unless a specialist has instructed that you use betadine, I would avoid it as it can interfere with growth of new healthy cells as well as killing bacteria. Sitz baths a few times a day and a super gentle soap is all you need, possibly plus a soothing medicine for pain.
