Allergies?: Very interesting symptom with your speech. Tring to interpret with all the itching, could be allergic rhinitis with congestion that produces the pressure with nasal speech. Try a nasal steroid like fluticasone 2 sprays twice a day and if fails try nasal decongestant like oxymetasoline but only for 3 days in a week because could produce rebound congestion. If fail look for ENT.
