Allergies: Medofed is not available in the US. It is a mixture of Pseudoephedrine and Triprolidine, an antihistamine,. It used to contain dextromethorphan but does not any longer. It comes in a pill and liquid (syrup) form. I cannot find anything, that would explain the green. There is no description of the appearance of the pill or liquid in English on internet searching.
