Be seen: Multiple causes of this, many of which are quite benign, including things like pleurisy which is an inflammation of the lining of the lung that can have a very benign natural history. But because there are more serious conditions that can cause pain with inspiration including even a blood clot to the lung, it would be good to be evaluated.

Pleuritic chest pain: This requires evaluation by a doctor. This can be signs of a heart attack in female your age. It can. Also be caused by pneumonia, inflammation of the lining of your lung, a collapsed lung, a blood clot in your lung. It may be related to your gallbladder. Hopefully it is just muscle inflammation, but it needs evaluation.

Few possible causes: Pain in the shoulder blade(chest) which gets worse on breathing could be muscular or pleural in origin. This means a muscle strain(lifting heavy can be one possible cause) or pleurisy which is less common and will have other symptoms like cough or breathing difficulty, a viral infection like head cold. I would not worry much about it for one week and treat it with Tylenol. A X-Ray of Chest may be
