NoEvidenceItIsSafe: There has been many claims of use of Himalayan Pink Salt which comes from Punjab District of Pakistan.But there is no scietific proof for it's antiseptic oe antibacterial properties and i can not say that it is safe.I suggest you use medical alcohol or Betadine at the site being pierced
