He is still growing: Don't be alarmed at all. It just means he has more growth potential ahead of him. There can be a difference in chronological and bone age. If you want to know his bone age, go to an ortho specialist or have his regular doctor et a left hand xray. There is an atlas that will tell you the bone age which can be different.
