PMLE: Polymorphic Light Eruption is the condition where one develops a skin rash on exposure to sun.It is not due to sunburn.The rash is self limiting if you avoid the sun.But if it itches you can use over the counter cream Hydrocortisone 1percent.It can be cured by sun exposure for small amount of time and gradually increase the time of exposure.If the rash is severe it needs to be checked by Doctor
