have been on oxycodone 15mg up to 4 times a day for about 7 months for chronic back pain. concerned i might be physiologically addicted. how soon after a missed dose would withdrawal sxs start? what are common withdrawal sx? how long does it last?

4-10 hrs : different for different situations. When symptoms start is your time. Agitation sweating anxiety yawning etc. You may not be addicted yet but certainly dependent . Please see an addiction specialist there are in and out patient treatments to reduce the medication while easing the withdrawals if you can't on your own slowly reduce like increasing the time slightly between doses or decreasing dose

Addicted: If you take it regularly 4 times a day if you miss two doses you will have some kind of withdrawal symptoms.
