Late period: Have you had sex SINCE April 26? And are you having any symptoms of early pregnancy (nausea, tiredness, breast enlargement or tenderness, peeing more often)? If not, it's unlikely that you're pregnant. If you ARE pregnant, since it's been 7 days since a missed period, you should take a pregnancy test. And start a prenatal vitamin.

Possibly pregnant: Late menses is pregnancy until proven otherwise. Please do pregnancy test. If negative, and no menses for over 2 weeks, evaluation by a doctor is necessary
