Esipram: This is a thought. Both medications block or increase seratonin. If you just stopped the Zoloft it could have still been in your system and then when you started Esipram the combination might have got too much ssri in your system. It might be worth waiting a day or two then retrying the medication. Now if you have fever or persistent symptoms let your doctor know.
