Everyonce in a while my nipples go very red and have cold feeling but it burns the nipples get so sore that if my shirt rubs off them it hurts so bad ?

Nipple eczema: Could be a possible cause of burning and sensitive and occasionally red nipples which can be treated/managed. There are a number of other breast conditions however that can present with nipple problems and so need to have an examination to sort through all these. Please see a doctor to assess further.

Raynaud's phenomenon: of the nipples. You should keep them warm at all times if possible, and wear a very soft but supportive bra to protect them from rubbing. Good luck!
