You should be seen: If this is not your very first time then you need to be checked for pregnancy, infection, and cancer. Probably not serious, but this is not a common occurrence unless there is a lot of trauma or you have something going on up in there. You don't need to be seen while it is happening, but as soon as possible afterwards would be a good idea if you can time it that way.
