It will tattoo if: not removed. See your doctor, and makes sure it's removed, as the lead in the pencil could make the skin area inflamed. Since it is a puncture wound, it can turn into an infected skin abscess. So please have it checked soon.

Clean and Dress: A laceration with Pencil Sharpner is classified as clean cut.You cleaned it and keep it covered with a Band Aid and it should heal without problem.Change the Bandaid in couple of days and check for any redness,and cover it back with Ban Aid.Check your Tetanus Immunisation and if it lapsed get a booster from your doctor
