Hydrate with water.: Consider ginger tea. Put freshly sliced, organic ginger in a tea pot. Add boiling water, put the lid on and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. Sip slowly to help with nausea and GI upset. Eat bland foods initially. Feel better soon.
