Pregnant?: Get a urine test strip kit at your local pharmacy. These are inexpensive and fairly accurate. If negative, wait a week or more and retest.

Take a pregnancy tes: Your symptoms may or may not be due to pregnancy. The best way to tell would be to take a pregnancy test. These are often most accurate if you use your fist urine in the morning.
