Aortocaval: simply refers to the anatomic location of the lymph node...between the aorta and inferior vena cava in the abdomen. Enlargement of any single lymph node is non specific and could be due to a variety of causes including infection, inflammation, and neoplasm. The relevance depends in part on your clinical picture and history.
