IT IS S4: External Anal Sphincter is innervated by a branch from Sacral 4 nerve,And Internal Anal Sphincter is innervated by Pelvic Splanchnic nerve also S4.So it is S4 and not S1,S2,S3

Yes S3,possibly s2: Sacral nerves 3 & 4, & sometimes 2, combine to form the pudental nerve which innervated the anal sphincter. S1 is not involved, but if S3 and possibly S2 are compromised, then this would yield sphincter dysfunction as you describe. Treatment options should be discussed with an orthopedist or neurosurgeon.
