No not serious: Your rhythm is normal. The nonspecific intraventricular conduction defect means that your complexes are wide in no specific ( right or left bundle branch pattern) pattern. This can happen as you age, if you smoke, as part of ischemic or other heart disease. It depends on the context in which you had the ECG done. In general it is nothing to worry about but good to know and possibly have a copy
