Tummy bulge: Is the bulge loose when u tighten abdominal muscles? Abdominal crunches, core strengthening exercises, walking briskly, water aerobics combined with healthful diet (lean proteins, good fats, low-fat dairy, low glycemic carbs—fruits/veggies/whole grains) should help flatten the abdomen.
