Aging: One of the side effects of aging is gradual loss of sensations. Children have far more sensitive nerves, e.g. their belly tickles on touching but that does not have the same effect in grown ups. Similarly, the sense of touch, taste, smell, hearing and sight deteriorate with age. It is important for her to maintain nutrition as she may not feel like eating.
