Headache.: If it's a simple headache, they usually respond to a mild analgesic such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen and removal of any potential causes, like eyestrain or a hangover. If they are more frequent than that, you may need help from your doctor to determine what to do. If it's the worst headache of your life, I go to the emergency room. Good luck.
