Not shingles: The rash of shingles should NOT persist for that long, so I tend to doubt that is your diagnosis. It's best to see an Infectious Diseases doctor who specializes in viral infections and can tell if this is truly shingles or herpes zoster. There is antiviral treatment available as well as a vaccine. I'm suspicious though it is something else. Hopefully you can see a doctor or upload the photo here.
