Vertigo?: Could be a problem with your balance or sensory system or cerebellum. Peripheral vertigo is caused by a dislodged tiny stone in the ear. Numbness in the feet can be caused by immune reactions of the body to its own sensory nerves, a condition called guillanne barre syndrome. Also, post infectious cerebellitis can cause balance problems by similar mechanisms acting in the cerebellum. See a doc.
