Yes: An imbedded bladder infection is localized in the muscle and tissue layers deep to the surface of the bladder. This changes the ability of the muscle (e.g detrusor) to contract and relax; this, in turn can change urodynamic measures, as a new uncontrolled variable has been introduced. The infection is not accounted for in the urodynamic norm tables as it varies too much across people.
