I feel nauseous and have complete lack of appetite everything tastes either metallic or over sweet. i am completely exhausted all the time and wake wi?

Metallic /sweet tast: Consider pregnancy, gastritis or reflux with or without H pylori or gallbladder. May also have element of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, so check thyroid function.
