Metallic /sweet tast: Consider pregnancy, gastritis or reflux with or without H pylori or gallbladder. May also have element of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, so check thyroid function. Alternatively could be sinusitis due to allergies-environamental or food especially milk , or infection . rarely medicaiton, zinc, lead / mercury exposure f/u/ w/ doc
