3 different issues: More likely than not, your symptoms are three different processes depending upon your age and medical history. The most common cause of stomach pain is gas and bloating, next is acid gastritis or reflux. The most common cause of back pain is muscle strain, followed by facet or sacro-iliac joint pain. Hand pain is most often caused by simple sprains. See your PCP to discuss each problem.
