Can be normal: as you age, the characteristics of your. Can sometimes change and you may have lighter periods or heavier periods but the most important thing is that you are still having periods. As long as you are not bleeding too much and no more than a week at a time, you can feel assured. it is always a good idea to see your gynecologist annually to discuss any changes though and have an exam if concerned
