Unlikely. : It is unlikely within 5 days of AB, but you can certainly ovulate and become pregnant before your periods resume. I strongly encourage you to discuss contraceptive options with your clinician, and start an effective method, especially an IUD or Implant. You should also request an RX for ELLA to take within 5 days of unprotected sex if you choose a method that requires you to remember to use it.
