?? makes no sense: No one could feel pinworm eggs in the vagina. They are microscopic & no more an issue than the random germs that frequent the space. The only way you get pin worms is to ingest the eggs. If you are not caring for some infected toddlers, your assumption that this is recurrent pinworms is likely false. If you truly think you can feel something there you need to have an exam.
