Fatigue to muscle: You most likely have fatigue to the muscles. It is very common. It occurs many times from stress and not getting enough sleep

Not unusual: While muscle twitching isn't unusual in most people, if it is bothersome and/or persistent it would be wise to visit your local health care provider for further evaluation and potential treatment.

No: This is EXTREMELY common (and irritating). Usually worse when over-tired or stressed. Some people report improvement with magnesium supplements (can buy at the pharmacy). The twitching is not generally thought to be a sign of illness.
