A member asked:

Could it be appendicitis if pain is only felt with movement? or does it have to be a constant pain?

It depends.: The pain of an inflamed internal organ is worsened when the tissues overlying the organ are manipulated and pressed against the source of inflammation. This is why palpation of the abdomen reveals tenderness and more pain than just sitting quietly not moving or pressing. While most serious conditions cause constant pain, not all do.
