Get examined: To be on the safe side I suggest a routine exam with a chest X-ray. The blood could be from a broken vessel in your sinuses due to pressure, from an infection or even from lung cancer. In case anything serious is wrong the earlier it is diagnosed and treated the better your chances of recovery will be.
