Hi I have neck and upper back ache. My neck is skew and under strain. All the muscles in the area are in spasms. I just woke up like this last week. Already went to a Dr and went for physio this morning. Still alot of pain, restricted movement.
Out of nowhere my neck, upper back, and jaw muscles have gotten sore. I haven't laid down or strained them. It has even moved to my cheeks. What is it?
What's the difference between neck pain due to strained muscle and between something serious like an aneurysem? I woke up with such pain and it still aches some when I tilt my head back and sometimes to the side?
