Probably OK...: Single dose azithromycin, which is the treatment you received, is excellent against chlamydia. Your slight bleeding might be due to disruption of the lining of your cervix or uterus from the chlamydia, but that doesn't necessarily mean the treatment failed. But check back with your doctor if it continues; and have a repeat chlamydia test in a few weeks (but not sooner than 3 wk after treatment).
