Various: Sensation on the backs of the hands is supplied by the radial nerve. Most docs will say it sounds like irritation of the radial nerve. It could also come from soft tissue (fascial) restriction or tight muscles. The body makes various sensations that come and go. If it's a new thing, ignore it and it might go away. If it persists, should get it checked out.
