No pain when i urinate but some pain on passing a stool.. feels like painful to apply pressure to eliminate. also pain comes and goes like cramping but responds somewhat to me taking aspirin which suggests an inflammation?

Can't state: with available information. If stool is difficulty to pass because it is hard and dry - then consider better hydration, adding more fiber to diet and regular physical activity.
