i have a lager painful lump near my anus it's squishy it moves i can't sit down how do i get rid of it ?

That depends on what: it is. It may be an external hemorrhoid. Possibly a cyst. Once it is diagnosed - a treatment plan can be developed. In the meantime- drink lots of water, eat food that is high in fiber and remain physically active.
