Go in for eval: If significant diarrhea has not improved after a week, should go in for evaluation. Not only for cause/treatment for diarrhea, but also need to consider abnormal electrolytes or kidney function tests of blood.

Go to doctor.: That's too long to have an undiagnosed diarrheal illness. Get to a doctor for an evaluation.
