Abdominal cancer. : An ultrasound may suggest that there is a solid lesion in one of these organs; however, there are better tests, such as CT or MRI scanning, that will give much more detailed anatomic pictures of these areas.

Sir in the sonogram report of upper abdomen concludes the small hypoechoic S.O.L. in the right lobe of the liver . is this ths sign of liver cancer?
Can sonogram reveal cancer ? I recently had a sonogram of abdomen. It did not reveal any problems like tumors, etc. But i still feel bad and lost 7 pounds in last 3 days. Could it be that sonogram is just not capable to reveal tumors? Thanks
I just had an abdominal MRI, with and w/o contrast to check a liver lesion that was picked up on ultrasound. It came back as a hemangiona. Would this type MRI also show other issues, such as cancers of the liver, gallbladder and pancreas?
Ultrasound showed 1cm hypoechoic mass lesion in the epigastrium. Liver and kidney were normal, but pancreas could not see clearly. What it could be?
