How long can refrigerated breast milk stay out st room temperature for?

An hour or so: Breast milk is like regular milk with bacteria already infused. Most of those are "probiotics" so to speak, but some may be surface skin bacteria. So the milk will spoil faster than regular milk. After an hour or so being unrefrigerated, it should be discarded.

Brest milk: Breast milk that has not been fed on by the baby in a clean bottle with a clean nipple is probably ok for a couple of hours out of the refrigerator. However, once baby sips form the milk or nipple on the bottle at all, it is only then good for an hour.
