Pelvic pain: Almost any inflammatory process inside the lower abdomen could cause this. At your age, and assuming you are sexually active, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection) is high on the list or possibilities. Any unexplained pelvic or abdominal pain should be medically evaluated right away: see your doctor soon.
