I recently had a CBC and came back with high neutrophils 8.6, lymphs 4.3, monocyttes 1.0, WBC 14.6. All other results were with in normal range.
I recently had a CBC done (with a number of other tests) to address thyroid. I'm freaking out due to results. WBC - 5.5 K/UL, RBC 4.32 M/UL MPV was high at 11, Absolute Immature Gr .02 K/UL or 0.4%, Monocytes 6.2% Basophil 1.6% but absolutes normal?

Very bad anxiety - usually really bad when I go to dr. As a result my WBC is always around 8.5-10.5, for years. I want to see what my normal WBC is but my anxiety keeps it high. Is this bad for me? What can I do to lower it?
