Not likely: 42 days late - if home pregnancy tests have been negative this far out.

Too many tests: A woman using birth control pills properly is unlikely to be pregnant. Using birth control pills and having 1 negative pregnancy test done at the correct time, means not pregnant. Using birth control pills plus having 2 negative pregnancy tests means definitely not pregnant. If tested too early, such as less than 2 weeks after sex, and still worried, she might do one more test AFTER another week.
