Don't know: Do you have any allergies or sinus problems? Saliva is clear. Any yellow saliva should be checked out by an oral surgeon or ent.

Not sure: Would need to knoe your health history but this is not good. Usually saliva is clear this could be an infection is your mucus clear? I would suggest getting a checkup with a physician.
