Constipation: Constipation can explain your symptoms. You may take a laxative like Dulcolax for the immediate issue. For the long term drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless, and increase your fiber intake. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil or increase your intake of fiber foods.
