Belly cramp/bloating: There are lots of reasons for abdominal cramping as described, regardless of the coincident onset after period. Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." However PSBO (paralyzed gut) due to metabolic &inflammatory conditions nearby (like a urinary tract or vaginal infection) must be considered & addressed. Check with your doctor for examination &directed treatment.
