Liver enzymes : These are mild elevation of liver enzymes and can be caused by a multitude of things but often revert to normal without any treatment I would recheck them in 4 weeks. If they are similar or worse then I would let your physician do further testing to give you a definitive diagnosis

Need more info: Elevated liver enzyme levels indicates injury to liver cells. It may be transient due to some viral infection or some medication you may be taking. Alcohol intake can explain it too. This finding in isolation is not serious, but it depends on the cause and that would require an evaluation in person. It would be prudent to consult a doctor, better yet a GI/Liver specialist.
