19 year old thin male. took home blood pressure and it was 156/138 took it 2 minutes later it was 124/80. machine error or accurate?

Machine: One of the problems with home electronic systems is inconsistency. I encourage people to get at least 3 readings 5 minutes apart and average them, tossing out any reading that is so different. BP does vary some every few minutes anyway, but it would not be that extreme.
