Stroke: Encephalitis or brain inflammation causes various neurological signs and symptoms and abnormal lp fluid including dementia, but I'm not familiar with the term inflammatory stroke. Strictly speaking there are 3 types of stroke-hemorrhagic, embolic and ischemic.
